Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final on Pop-Up & Event Purchases
Due to the nature of our pop-up events, all in-person purchases are final sale. We encourage trying on items when possible and asking questions before purchasing—we’re always happy to help!


Online Orders – Store Credit Only
We want you to love your purchase! If something doesn’t work out:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • Tags attached
    • Free of stains, odors, or damage
  • Approved returns will receive store credit only (no refunds to original payment)

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:

  • Accessories (jewelry, hats, etc.)
  • Sale/clearance/last chance items
  • Seasonal/holiday items
  • Gift cards

Return Process

  • Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will make it right!
